The Role

As we expand our operations in Greece, we are searching for a Freelance Recruiter to join our team remotely. You will play a vital role in identifying and recruiting Greek professionals interested in building their careers in the Netherlands.

What You’ll Bring:

●       Proven experience in recruitment, with a passion for helping people find the right job opportunities.

●       Strong communication skills in both Greek and English.

●       A friendly, approachable demeanor with a genuine interest in understanding people’s needs and preferences.

●       Creativity in finding new channels and methods to connect with potential candidates.

●       A results-driven attitude, with the ability to meet targets and deliver great outcomes.
