We are looking for an Interim IT Security Specialist to join Shell in Assen!

The IT Security Specialist is typically the go-to person and is vital to how Shell leverages and delivers digital solutions. You will be a part of the NAM IDT Service & Operations Management (SOM) team.

For one of our startup clients in tech, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join the team!

As the Sales Manager, you play a crucial role in the way the company grows as a business by achieving new business opportunities, and leading the international sales team. You will be working closely with the CEO of the company and the sales team to create presentations and commercial content that are tailored to the needs of each potential client. We expect you to provide the analytical know-how in the sales process to assure the right fit for each client, as well as to bring in your leadership skills and lead your team towards growth and success.

Your most essential results would be the following:

  • % New business revenue Q on Q meeting and exceeding targets
  • Conversion rate – Lead to MQL, SQL and lead to Client
  • % of new revenue coming from cross selling and upselling opportunities

Your responsibilities as Sales Manager are divided between Business Development responsibilities (50%), Department Head responsibilities (10%), and management responsibilities (40%).

The IT Project Analyst is responsible for identifying and documenting the business needs of their clients and stakeholders and helping to determine feasible solutions to meet business needs or resolve business problems. You are accountable for precisely capturing business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements and translating business requirements into functionality.   • Experience working on Agile projects and educating stakeholders, including Product Owners and Business partners, in Agile ways of working
  • Experience in Agile tooling (ex -VSTS) is a must.
  • Agile certifications/training preferred
  • Understanding systems engineering concepts and data/process analysis and modeling.
  • Knowledge of the technology landscape, including current and future developments and the most commonly available products and integrated solutions.
  • Fluent English is required; Dutch would be a great plus.

KMT Solutions is searching for an HR & Office Coordinator to join the Ops team of our client in the PR industry!
The primary responsibility of the HR & Office Coordinator is to make sure the people that are a perfect fit for the team are found while taking care of the current team members and building a solid work culture of openness, transparency, and teamwork. 

The ideal candidate would have the following:

  • 1-2 years experience in HR & Office Management, preferably in a startup/scaleup environment
  • Fluency in English. If there is also Fluency in Dutch, that would be awesome
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Savvy with digital tools – they use Trello, GSuite, and BambooHR
  • Knowledge of Dutch Employment Law, or a desire to learn it. The Ops team will help in that
  • Being able to set boundaries and say ‘no’ is incredibly important to succeed in this role
